《讀書與藏書之間二集》是《讀書與藏書之間》的續集，收錄辛德勇先生2006至2007兩年間撰寫的，有關典籍收藏、鑒賞與研究，以及懷念與黃永年、周紹良先生交往點滴的20篇文章。

兩年間，作者在讀書與藏書之間，雖已漸向讀書一側回歸，藏書的嗜好也在盡力克制，但搜集、品味心愛的書籍，豈能一刻稍離，且將終身以之者也。本書在生動記錄購書藏書、品鑒典籍的同時，也漸已轉入對書籍史、印刷史、目錄學史和歷史文獻學的研究，更深層次地探索書籍中所蘊涵的無盡奧秘。本書即是作者兩年間心路與研究成果的集中呈現。

本書曾於2008年出版，此次出版作了進一步的修訂，收入“辛德勇著作系列”。
