Shih-Jen Lin received a Master’s degree from Chinese Culture University’s College of Arts. He was formerly a deputy editor at Echo Publishing Company. Shih-Jen’s hobby is listening to vinyl records. He likes to look at this old world we live in with fresh eyes. He feels that life is magical, and that it is filled with new things under the sun. He has over fifty publications including: The Fairy Tale of Words series, The Poetry of Words series, Eleven Little Red Hats, Shooting Stars Have No Ears, Small Troubles, Stories of Mr. Unimaginable, Sea Forest of Words, My National Palace Museum Book, etc.
He is the winner of countless awards including, the Golden Tripod Awards, the Mandarin Daily News Reed Pipe Best Book Award, the China Times Open Book Award Best Children’s Books of the Year, Good Books for Everyone Award Best Children's Books of the Year and the 4th Annual Author of the Word Wave Festival.
